The 7th Annual Ray Price Capital City Bikefest is North Carolina's only major downtown bike rally and music festival. The rally features national and regional rock, country and alternative recording artists plus a host of other musical artists and bands.

The 7th Annual Ray Price Capital City Bikefest is a three-day biker lifestyle event that will take place Friday September 23rd, Saturday September 24th, and Sunday September 25th in Raleigh, NC.
The event will take place at the Ray Price dealership all three days, and will be on Fayetteville Street in downtown Friday night for the block party, and all day Saturday.

As a vendor, you have your choice of dates & locations:

3 days (Fri-Sun) at the dealership AND 1 day (Sat) downtown
2 days (Fri & Sun) at the dealership AND 1 day (Sat) downtown
Or another combination that works for you

City streets will be blocked off to host the many motorcycle lifestyle elements, experiences, vendors and manufacturers. The event will feature a Main Music Stage, Manufacturers Midway, Bike and Rider Productions Bike Show, Art Vendors, Interactive Experiences, Kids Activities, and Food and Beverage areas.

With the success of last year’s event we are expecting over 100,000 motorcycle enthusiasts to attend.

Vendors and Manufactures can rent exhibit space on Fayetteville Street:

• 10’ x 10’ space = $800
• 10’ x 10 space c/w 10’ x 10’ tent and power = $1,000
• 10’ x 20’ space = $1,000
• 10’ x 20’ space c/w tent and power = $1300
• 20’ x 20’ space c/w tent and power = $2000
• 20’ x 30’ space c/w tent and power = $3200

Larger exhibitors – space and pricing negotiated

Exhibitors may promote their brands through sampling, product displays and data collection.

Security will be provided overnight by local law enforcement for all areas of the Bikefest.

Conduct of Event Displays

Vendor(s) hereby agrees that the event pending is designed for the display, demonstration, and sale of legal products and/or services. Ray Price Inc. reserves the right to determine if sponsors are abiding by the rules and regulations as set forth in this document, and dismiss any participant not conforming to these conditions and guidelines. Vendor(s) agrees to observe all laws, regulations, ordinances, union contracts, restrictions, and bylaws of the event facility/site and the governmental jurisdictions in which it is located.

Tent/Space/Area/Exhibit Regulations

Vendor(s) shall not assign or sublet the contracted display/sales/tent/area to any other party or business not agreed upon with Ray Price Inc. and named on the letter of agreement. Vendor(s) shall not take more tent/space/area/exhibit than designated in their letter of agreement, and Ray Price Inc. reserves the right to alter or move any tent/space/area/exhibit if it is deemed to be inappropriate within the guidelines, theme, or scope of the event. Vendor(s) shall adequately staff its tent/space/area/exhibit during all hours of the event.
